But who could love me? I am out of my mind - Simple Plan @ Auditorio Nacional - September 29, 2008

First, I would like to apologize for my not-perfect english, but it's hard to get everything right when I'm posting large entries, and I'm too lazy to check the whole thing, so yeah, i'm sorry, I hope you can understand most of it. Oh and if you would like to point out a mistake, please do it. I need to improve my english.

After what happened this weekend, this seems less important, but I still want to write about it because it was an amazing show and an amazing experience :D

Ah God one of the best days of my life, seriously.
So I went to school in the morning, and at 1 pm I left with Fer to the Auditorio Nacional, we arrived at 2:30 I think. We didn't know where to go for the soundcheck, so we asked some people, they all sent us to the same place, we went to the place where they send us, and I saw some girls there waiting in line. Two of the girls were wearing the SP Crew t-shirts and I waved at them because I've talked to one of them in msn before. Then we started talking to them, their names were Belen and Dian, and they're from Puebla. They were really nice, I liked them n__n
We waited like two hours, I was so nervous and tired of wating, when finally the guy that works at Warner Records arrived, he called our names and gave us our bracelets, he was already with a lot of people who were going to enter to the soundcheck too. We were around 40 I think.
So the finally let us in, and god! seeing them again felt so great!
The organizers told us to go sit in the third row, but the guys from Simple Plan told us to come close to the stage :D so we did. We were so close! I was standing in front of the stage, in front of Jeff and David :D
Pierre yelled "Soundcheck partaay!" in a funny voice haha. They played Your love is a lie, Time to say good bye, part of Generation, and ,I think, part of The end.  They were talking in french to each other, and to the sound tech *-* ...
Then the organizers told us to go sit and separate in groups, and to make a line so we could go and take a picture with them. They sat on the edge of the stage and the meeting started. We were the fifth group I think, and  I was the first one of my group, so when it was out turn they were all looking at me o___o, they had the sweetest-most-welcoming smiles I've seen, I just couldn't believe it. So I walked to them and smiled at them, they were sitting in this order: Chuck, Seb, Pierre, Jeff and David. So I shook hands with all of them, smiled at them, they said "Hola!" to me and it was so great! :D
David was the last one, so I had to stant in front of him for the picture *__* and I said to Jeff and David "Thank you for everything and for coming back" and they said "thank you" and the photographer took the picture and I have no idea how am I gonna get that picture u___u
Luckily, I asked some guy to take the picture with my camera, but it's all blurry, but at least you can see me and them lol.
 
And that was it, I was very excited for meeting them again. Little did I know what was going to happen 4 days later xD

After that, Fer, his bf, and I walked aimlessly in the city, we went to a Starbucks, ate something and then we went back to the venue. We saw the stuff they were selling outside the venue, bootleg obviously. I only bought a pin. Then we saw Frenchie walking and we ran to him, and asked him for a picture. He was really nice, while I was preparing my camera he said "vamos, vamos, vamos" haha and I said "voy voy voy" and he said "oh, ok" hahaha I didn't know he would understand me, and then we took the picture, I said thank you and he said "Enjoy the show!" and I liked him a lot haha :D

Then at 7 pm we went in the venue, we saw Belen and Dian again, and then I went to take my seat. I was in front row!!!! :D haha I was so happy, I didn't know my seat was in front row, I knew it was close to the stage, but I didn't know that. I met two girls, they were really nice.

At 8:30 pm I think (I never really remember times) the first openning band started to play, ther were calle Aurum, and I liked them. The guitar player was so cute! Also the singer was cute. They looked at me sometimes, which was weird because I'm never close enough to the stage for band guys to look at me, I wish I was pretty so they could fall in love with me and then my dream of marrying a musician will come true LOL. Anywaaaays, haha, they played like 4 songs, and they were good.

Then Tolidos played, it lasted forfuckingever, I'm sick of seeing them play, they open almost every show I've been to, and they've gone to my school like a gazillion times! well not really, but they've been in my school 4 times, and they've opened 2 shows I think, with this one 3, and I've seen them in a festival ... and I only like one or two of their songs. Besides, the singer looks like Pete Wentz, and I used to like Pete, but not anymore. They played a lot of songs, it felt like it was THEIR show >_< But they finally finished and the techs started preparing everything for Simple Plan :D

And the lights finally went off! and we started screaming and it was so exciting! Then I saw Chuck walking to his drum set and then they all came out and the first song they played was Generation :D it was kind of weird going to a SP show and not being Shut up! the first song, but Generation was amazing, the part when you scream "hey ho! let's go!" was so much fun. David was wearing his red pants haha, he looks good with those pants. Pierre was wearing a buttoned-up shirt and a tie, and then he started to take it off and Seb looked at him and said "yeah!" hahaha, but Pierre was wearing a RM t-shirt under it. Seb looked freaking good, he was wearing all black, and I loved his shoes, and his hair. I was in front of him so I got a good look at him ;D haha. And I LOVE the way he moves when he plays.

Ok let's talk about the songs, I don't remember much right now, but yeah ... 'Take my hand'! I love that song! It's one of my favorites songs of the new album and I loved that they played it . 'Jump' and 'Shut up!' are so much fun, that's one of the reasons I love Simple Plan shows, you jump and jump and jump and it's amazing.

During 'Me against the world' Pierre said "show me some metal" and we all did xD he says that everytime they play it.
He introduced 'Time to say goodbye' saying something like "This is a fast song for you!" and when they finished playing it they said  "No no no Mexico don't worry, it's not time to say good bye" :D haha
Before 'Save you' Pierre said that this was a song that he wrote while his brother was in the hospital, but that he was better now and we all cheered, and it was beautiful when they played it. 
Oooh! 'The end'! I love that song! :D it was wonderful! Same with 'When I'm gone'.
Before 'Your love is a lie' Pierre talked about how love was dangeours, because one day someone will break your heart, and he said "Mexico! Simple Plan will NEVER break your heart!" and they played the song. I wonder if Chuck still feels bad about whatever happened that made him write that song :S I hope not.
Then Pierre grabbed an acoustic guitar and he said that they were going to play a song in spanish, and Sebastien and him played it, it contained some words in spanish, like tacos, cerveza, chicas guapas and I don't remember what else, and I don't really remember the song but it was about them loving tacos, and Mexico, and chicas guapas and stuff like that LOL.

Agh at some point of the show, the crowd went crazy and some people left their seats and ran to the front of the stage, and turned the front into a pit :( I was in second row, Pierre kept grabbing people's hands and I got to touch his leg lol. He was laughing and smiling at us, and he was a little worried that we were going to drop the spealers, but he just laughe, he's so freaking cute! And then I decided to go back to my seat and I got up onto it to get a good view and I did :D. At a moment when they weren't playing any song and the lights were on, I saw Chuck looking at the audience and I waved at him and he saw me and smiled and waved back at me! :D \o/

They also played a remix, it consisted of 'Low' by FloRida or however that guy calls himself, 'I kissed a girl' by Katy Perry and other song I don't know but I liked it. Pierre told us to dance haha. I actually loved how they played these songs, they sounded good and it was fun. And Pierre grabbed his own ass lol.
Pierre said that they hadn't played this song in a while and that lots of fans had requested it on myspace, and they played 'Promise'. When they played the part were Pierre sings "Take my haaand, take my haaaand!" Pierre said "Mexico take my hand!" and everyone was like this o/  
'Crazy' was beautiful too, 'Addicted' and 'I'm just a kid' were two of the most cheered songs. They played 'Welcome to my life', Pierre sang "Bienvenido a mi vida!" ... When they played 'Addicted' Pierre sang "...I'd run a thousand miles to KISS you" I thought they were going to say "fuck you" like always, but they didn't u__u ... 'Untitled' was beautiful, it's a very sad song but I love it.
And the last song they played was 'Perfect', and it was wonderful because that's their most known song in Mexico, and everybody sings it and it's just amazing. And that was it, they threw guitar picks, and Chuck threw some drumsticks. 


I LOVE THEM SO SO SO MUCH.
Too bad they probably not coming back in a while, but I'm glad I got the chance to meet them four times this year and seeing them play 3 times. And now I've seen them play 5 times total! :D
