Best Birthday present ever! :D
OMG! I don't even know how to start, everything was so amazing and unbelieveable! I'll make separate posts for each show, and I'll start with what happened this weekend because I remember more.
Simple Plan @ Auditorio Siglo XXI, Puebla October 4, 2008
So as a birthday present my parents let me go to Puebla (a city that's 2 hours away from home) to see Simple Plan :D Before, during the week I found out in which hotel they were going to stay, a very nice girl from there told me that they were probably going to stay at Fiestamericana, because most of the famous people that go to Puebla stay in there, so I made reservations there ;D
[non-important stuff in spanish] Mi mamá y yo tomamos el autobus para Puebla a la 1, y fue un viaje de 3 hrs, nos tomo 1 hr en salir de la Ciudad de México >_< maldito trafico! Llegamos a puebla a las 4 y fue algo complicado llegar al hotel, porque los taxis cobraban carisimo. Así que tomamos un camión, y nos encontramos a otra chava que había visto en el auditorio nacional, pero después nos separamos porque ellas se fueron directo al Siglo XXI y nosotros a buscar el hotel. Jaja para llegar al hotel tuvimos que atravesar una carretera medio peligrosa y me dio miedo xD [/non-important stuff in spanish]
We (my mom and I) got to the hotel and I saw some girls that I've seen before at SP shows and that's when I got super happy because that meant that they were staying at the same hotel as we were! :D but I still wasn't completely sure. I had to see them myself to believe it. We went to our room, left our stuff and then went to a mall to have dinner. The mall was huge and very nice, I want to move to that mall xD ... we had a salad from McDonald's :P it was pretty good actually. Then we walked to this store to pick up the tickets, and the lady at the store gave me the scare of my life! >_< she said that the machine was rejecting the credit card and I almost cry, but it turned out that she wasn't typing the numbers correctly ¬¬' I wanted to kill her! LOL Then we headed to the venue.
I got sits very far from the stage, well not very VERY far, but comparing to where I was at the previous show, I was VERY far. But I could see everything. The whole thing started at 8:30 pm I think. The opening acts were Luke Brodie and Tolidos (again u__u) ugh it felt like they played forever.
At around 9:30 Simple Plan finally came out! The show was practically the same as the one in Mexico city, they played the same songs. But the song they sang in spanish was different. Seb said once 'I want a chica guapa for sexy time' lol David wasn't wearing his red pants this time, instead he was wearing jeans, a red and black stripped t-shirt, with his leather jacket that he took off before the third song they played, s. Pierre was wearing a buttoned-up shirt with a black tide, but then he took it off and he was wearing a black t-shirt, with long shorts, Jeff was wearing jeans and a black shirt I thing. Seb was wearing the same he wore at the Mexico city show, black pants with black tee. Chuck was wearing a black tee and long shorts. David waved at were we were once :) They said lots of things in spanish, mostly 'chicas guapas' 'muchas gracias'. They said tacos, guacamole, chupa mi pito, a huevo, chingon I think, and I don't remember more. Pierre said that his name in spanish was Pedro lol it was funny. Seb said once "I need un señorita for sexy time" lol, and Pierre corrected him "It's UNA, unless you want a señorita with a pipi" LMAO I love them so much xD
Pierre kept receiving presents from the people that were closer to the stage and grabbing their hands.When they played the 'party-remix' Pierre grabbed his own ass again haha...It was an amazing show, they're so funny and you have lots of fun at their shows. I enjoyed it so much, even though the people next to me were so boring, they didn't know the songs and didn't even jump, I jumped, screamed, and sang my lungs out! :D
After the show was over, I saw Dian and Belen, and I went to say hi, and they told me that they were going to the hotel :) then I went to buy a shirt and a cup, and then we went back to the hotel. I went quickly to my room to leave my stuff and then we went to buy something to drink and my mom was hungry so she had an apple pie haha. And then we went back to the room and I grabbed my concert ticket and a sharpie and ran to the lobby, Dian and Belen were already outside. We talked and I was super nervous, I couldn't believe they were going to be close to me, I was shaking, partly because I was cold. Then the van finally arrived! :D Chuck, Sebastien, Frenchie, Pat, Jeff and Pierre were in that van. Jeff didn't stop to sign autographs or for pictures, I guess he was too tired. I saw Frenchie and Pat, but didn't ask them for pictures or even talked to them. The first one I approached to was Pierre, who was holding a beer and then I don't know what he did with it cause it dissapeared.
He signed my ticket and then we took a picture, that turned out bad because I forgot to zoomed it out so you can only see his smile and half my face, and I didn't get the chance to ask him to take it again because there were other girls talking to him :(
He would have looked so adorable! Look at his perfect smile! And he looket at the picture and said something like "oh it isn't zoomed out" But agh stupid girls, we could've re-taken the picture if they hadn't been there! :@
I feel so stupid! >_< but meh at least I met him again. Then I went with Seb, and I don't remember much about my time with him, just that I asked some girl to take the picture so this time the picture turned out good, except that I look like shit, but whatever.
Then it was Chuck's turn! He looks so hot! :D haha he's a little more serious than the others, or maybe he was more tired.
And then, I saw the other van arrived to the hotel so I thought 'DAVID!' and yes indeed David was in that van. I was the first one to see him arrive, and I thought about approaching him before the other girls, but I thought about it too long and then he was there and he said to us something about going to where there was more space, so we did, and I waited for my turn with him. Haha and he had his Blackberry in his hand and was texting so he told us to wait a second, then he continued paying atenttion to us. And then the most amazing moment of the night happened, I asked some girl to take the picture and David put his arm around me and I put my arm around him and she took the picture, then I told him 'tomorrow is my birthday, can I have a hug?' (actually it was past midnight so it was my bday already) and since other girl was talking to him he didn't hear me so he said 'sorry, what's that?' and I said it again, and he said 'aww sure!' and HE HUGGED ME! HE FUCKING HUGGED ME! and he said 'happy birthday!' and I was 'fsajvghfgifai!' inside, and I still remember the sensation of his hug and my arms around him and ASHFKADHKSHD BEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE!
And I never thought I could love him more, but I do! I LOVE HIM MORE THAN EVER! He's the sweetest and nicest guy I've ever met, even if I don't really KNOW him, just by this simple acts he confirms it, he could have pretended that he didn't hear me or something, but he didn't, he hugged me and wished me a happy birthday and I seriously couldn't ask for more. DAVID DESROSIERS I LOVE YOU A WHOLE FUCKING LOT! And then I gave him a keychain I made for him, and he said thanks, and he gave me my sharpie, and then he went into the hotel. I said good bye to Belen and Dian, and I left to my room. When I was walking to my room, I saw Pierre going to his room with his bags, and I saw Frenchie again, and I heard David saying something to Frenchie, in french, and they mentioned Pat and Pierre I think, and Frenchie and some other guy that's a tech too gave me an odd look, I guess they thought I was going to follow the guys to their rooms or something, but I was just waiting for the elevator. And then I collapsed in my bed and slept happier than ever :D
Sunday morning I woke up at 7, my mom wished me a happy birthday. I took a shower, went to the front desk to ask how far was downtown, and I ask the dude at the front desk if the guys from Simple Plan had left already, and he said yes. So I was walking all sad that I had missed them, and when I got to the elevators I saw Sebastien stepping out of one o__o and I was all surprised, and he looked at me and I said 'Hi Seb!' and he said 'Hi' and we both kept walking LOL. He looked so cool, he was wearing a hat and ray ban's. I always love what he wears :) And I went to my room again, I don't remember what I did, and then I went to the lobby again, and I saw two girls and a guy in the couches, I asked them if they were waiting for Simple Plan, and they said yes. So I sat with them and talked to them. Then I saw Patrick, and Frenchie. And then Sebastien! we waited a little before going with him because he was signing something in the front desk, and then he was just standing alone doing nothing, so we approached to him, and the other girls and the guy took pictures with him, I saw that Sebastien was looking at me, I have no idea why, I was just standing there, then he just turned to look at the camera. And the girls asked him something, and then he was like deciding if he should go or not, like waiting for us to keep talking or something, and then he said good bye. Then we saw Jeff, and I asked for a picture with him.
The girls talked a little with him, and I think they asked him when were they coming back, and he said that for the next record :( And we sat again, and waited, and then we saw Chuck he said to us to wait a minute. After that, I saw David! and he was looking gorgeous *___* and he walked super fast with his bag through the ramp and it was funny, then he went to sign something too to the front desk, and when he finished we went to talk to him, he said 'come! come!' and he indicated us with his hands to follow him, so we followed him outside, he went to do something in the van and I thought he had gotten on the van, but he didn't and he came back with us. I saw he had an Iphone! I want an Iphone! he was wearing black skinny pants, a white tee, black vans and ar hat. I took another picture with him, he put his arm around my shoulder again and I didn't know what to do with my arm so I put it around him too but with my fist closed u___u haha, stupid me.
Then he asked us if we had asked Chuck for a picture and we said no, so he said to us 'Go ask him, he's back there' AWWW I don't know why, but I loved him for that. But Chuck was already on the van so we didn't. And we went back into the hotel and waited for Pierre, who never appeared :'( I have no idea where he was. But I didn't see him again. Then my mom and I went downtown, had breakfast, bought souvenirs, and took the bus. We came back home and had some cake. So that was my perfect birthday present, getting a hug from David was more than I could ever ask for.
